We drove from Madison, WI to buy because it was the best price, and it was certainly worth the trip. Our salesperson, ALEX was conscientious and pleasant to work with, start to finish. After some email and phone negotiations with him, the day we decided to buy he had the car ready to drive away and everything went as promised. If only every salesperson was like him! We were tired of going around to dealers in our area information seeking and being pressured to "buy it today." A new car was a major purchase for us, we weren't going to do it without consideration and common sense shopping around. At our neighborhood dealership, the person we'd worked with over several months turned borderline nasty when we refused to sign a contract to buy on the spot after a test drive. That was the end of that. After researching for more than a year we had decided we wanted to buy a CTS for our family. So when we contacted WEIL CADILLAC we knew exactly what we wanted, and he respected that. The long distance buying experience was unexpectedly good and we would do it again.
